The space Welcome to our cozy private accommodation, which is exclusively at your disposal. This charming place offers all you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Accommodation description: Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances such as an electric stove, oven, kettle and a coffee maker. The spacious worktops and well-stocked cabinets make cooking a pleasure. Dining area: Right next to the kitchen is a bright and friendly dining area with a dining table and comfortable chairs. Living area: The living area is inviting and cozy. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax, and a large flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed that ensures restful nights. The beds are dressed in fresh linens. Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. Towels, shampoo and soap are also provided. Outdoor area: The garden and terrace offer plenty of space to relax and barbecue. A garden table, chairs and a grill are at your disposal. Garage: A garage is also available and can accommodate one car. This place is perfect for guests looking for a quiet and comfortable environment. The location offers good access to public transport and is a short drive to local attractions and shopping. We look forward to welcoming you to our property and providing you with a pleasant stay. Guest access The vacation home consists of two floors. The entire living area with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room is located on the second floor and is available for the guests' private use. On the first floor is the basement compartment and can also be used by guests. The locked room in the basement is for the cleaning staff and is not accessible to the guests. Other things to note 1. Arrival and departure: Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. These times must be adhered to so that the cleaning service has enough time to clean the house. 2. Parking To the left of the building, there is a garage where you can park your vehicle. 3. Cleaning: The thorough final cleaning of the apartment is carried out as agreed after your departure by our cleaning service. However, we kindly ask that you remove larger stains in advance. 4. Washing machine, (dryer) and dishwasher: Please clean the lint filter of the dryer after each drying cycle. Make sure all machines are left clean and tidy after you use them. Dish soap tabs are available for the dishwasher. 5. Smoking: There is no smoking inside of the house. Please use the outdoor area for smoking. 6. Pets: No pets allowed. 7. Fire: Be careful when handling burning candles or other flammable materials. Make sure the fire is not left unattended. If a fire breaks out uncontrollably, take the fire extinguisher located in the basement or call the emergency number 118. 8. Inventory and damages: We ask you to handle our inventory with care and to only put clean and dry dishes in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings occurs and can often be easily repaired. Please inform us immediately of any damage. As a rule, guests are liable for these and are responsible for a corresponding replacement or reimbursement. For minor damage, such as broken dishes, this is usually not necessary. 9. Volume and quiet hours: Please be considerate of our neighborhood and keep the volume down in the apartment, especially when it comes to the volume of music or TV. The general quiet hours start at 10:00 pm 10. Visitors: Your visitors are welcome in our apartment for short periods at any time. However, it is not permitted to have unregistered guests stay overnight in the apartment. 11. Theft: Please note that we do not accept liability for lost or stolen items. Therefore, please keep your valuables safe. 12. Heating: You can adjust the heating at the rotary switch of the radiator. With the number scale 1 – 5 you can make the selection. 1 stands for the lowest and 5 for the highest heat output of the radiator. 13. Emergency: A first aid kit for minor injuries is available on site.
