Easy access to Trax Light Rail system which will take you just about anywhere in the valley. Close enough to freeways, yet far enough away to feel secluded. The space Beautiful private Sandy home on a Cul-de-Sac in a very quiet neighborhood which is nestled in the southeast corner of the Salt Lake valley. Freeway access 2 miles away takes you anywhere! 18 min. to SLC Intrnat'l. Airport. Close to pizza, convenience store and wonderful local grocery store - Harmon's. Your room is completely separate from the rest of the house, and very private! Inside your room there is a mini-fridge, microwave, and electric kettle, with some teas and instant coffee for you to enjoy. You have a private bathroom which is just 7 steps away from your room. Kitchen is available for seating and light prep of instant foods, but NOT for cooking meals. However, we do provide a selection of "grab-n-go" items like instant oatmeal, protein bars, applesauce, microwave popcorn, instant coffee, sweeteners and creamers. You'll also find a huge selection of teas! We like to put out fresh in-season fruit, and often bagels or other breads. Pet's live here and are very friendly and well-behaved. Guest access Guests will enter through front door and ho down 2 flights of stairs (follow check-in directions) to their room and bathroom. Guests are free to help themselves to Baker's Rack items, which is located in the kitchen. It's stocked with mostly "grab-n-go" breakfast items, such as instant oatmeal, protein bars, instant coffee, creamer & sweetners. Along with a large selection of herbal tea's. We often provide fresh fruit as well. Kitchen use is limited to sitting at dining table for eating your own foods. Not for cooking meals, and fridge isn't shared. During your stay We interact with our guests only if they wish to. We respect your privacy but will be available, via cell phone text 24/7 to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Other things to note Pets allowed at cost of $10./night fee and must be on-leash when entering or exiting the common areas and cannot be left unattended without host approval. Guests can come and go at any time they please. Must have bedroom and bathroom doors closed at all times - even upon check-out. Ironing board with iron available in laundry room.
