NON smoking home. We're homesteaders with semi quiet roosters. Dogs must be clean, well behaved, housebroken and not interfere with livestock. No cats. No hunting without our permission. We host one guest/group at a time. Never share your bathroom with anyone who's not with your party. The space The mini Moonlight Cafe by the front entrance, allows you to use the mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven & toaster, also shares, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, coffee maker (Keurig). Snacks when available. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the shared mini Moonlight Cafe and have hot and cold beverages and snacks when available. During your stay We rarely meet guests unless we pass each other when we're leaving, but we're available if you need anything Other things to note Refundable cleaning fee upon request, 2-3 weeks after checkout day, for clean guests with basic simple respect of our place. If you unplug it, plug it back in. If you change the thermostat, put it back to where it was. If you make "any" garbage, please put it in the garbage bin. If you take curtains down, put them back the way they were. If you track mud or dirt into the house, please clean it up. If you break something, let us know. If you turn lights on, turn them off. *If you bring a pet. Due to recent mishaps, we have to change our pet policies. We no longer allow walking your pets on our front lawn. Backyard is now off limits to guests with pets. This means pee, poop, vomit & similar Please walk your pet in the designated area, east of the parking area. You MUST clean up after your pet immediately, not later, regardless if your pet is 3 lbs or 100+ lbs We charge a very minimal pet occupancy fee. Same as an extra person occupancy fee which is also very minimal. The pet occupancy fee does not include us picking up your pets waste.
