No Smoking 🚭 Please go to the designated smoking areas in 4th floor and 17th floor. Fine: Php 10,000 5. POOL USE 🏊‍♀️ (depending on availability) Php 150/head. You can signup at the reception and proceed to 4th floor. Every Tuesday is the schedule of cleaning. Please set your expectations as this is just a basic pool. Please bring towels/dry clothes for changing so as not to wet the common areas of the building ex: hallways and elevator floor. The management is strict and might give fine for unnecessary mess.
