Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting thes homes, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000. - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. - While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. - No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay.
