Self contained 2 bed wing of cottage sleeping 4 on the edge of a pretty South Warwickshire village in close proximity to Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford on Avon and The Cotswolds. Dating back to Elizabeth I this modernised cottage looks over fields to the front and rear in centrally heated accommodation over two floors. Please note this property does not include a full kitchen, there is a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle and toaster together with tea/coffee and a selection of cereals. The space Beamed cottage with a double and twin room together with a bathroom with bath and shower, a sitting area and an area to chill and heat up food. Please note this accommodation does not include a full kitchen. A fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle together with crockery and glassware is provided. Dirty crockery can be left in a provided bowl for cleaning by the host at the end of the stay or as and when needed. Country walks from the door including across fields to Leamington or along the river to Hunningham. The 'Stag' in the village has recently changed hands. Food is now available as well as a host of guest ales. The 'Stag' does not offer breakfasts. The 'White Lion' at Radford Semele is a larger venue and offers a wider vegetarian menu and can usually take on the day bookings. They also serve breakfasts. The 'Red Lion' at Hunningham is a great family pub with lots of seating with added outside dining along the River Leam in the warmer months. Guest access All of the space in the wing is private to the guests. Other things to note Property not suitable for babies and infants under 2 years old. There are no stairgates, electric point covers or door safety catches. Parking for 1 vehicle.
