Two bedrooms are combined to one room with 2 queen size beds . In addition there are 3 more separate bedrooms . Bedroom 1 — King size bed with private en-suite bathroom. Includes 1 couch and air mattress. Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed Bedroom 4 — Two Queen size beds Bedroom 5 — Queen size bed Other things to note FAMILY & PETS: We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age for consideration. We will request a $50 cleaning & companion fee per pet and ask you to agree to the pet rules. Please see our House Rules for more information. Although the house is legally 5 bedroom but two rooms were converted to one large room with 2 queen size beds PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS: If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or shooting a video, please let us know what it is for. If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. NO SMOKING: No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors.
