For sunbathing or swimming lovers, access to the first beaches (Carole/Jullouville/Granvilles) is 25–30 minutes away. For a one-night reservation, bed linens plus towels package €20 per bed, free for 2 nights or more. A deposit cheque of €100 for cleaning will be requested and returned if the accommodation has been respected. No parties, no pets.
