MAIN LIVING AREA ★ Relax in the cozy seating area, complete with a Smart TV and a warming gas fireplace. ★ Immerse yourself in stunning mountain and sky views through expansive glass windows and doors. ★ Gather around the rustic dining table for 8, with additional seating at the center island. ★ Start your day at the coffee bar, equipped with a Keurig, kettle, and all the essentials. KITCHEN ★ Cook up culinary delights with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. ★ Find all the necessary cookware, utensils, and supplies, from pots and pans to spices and oils. BEDROOMS ★ BR 1 (Main Level): Two queen-sized beds ★ BR 2 (Basement): L-shaped bunk bed with four twin beds ★ BR 3 (Upper Level): Master King Bed ★ Additional sleeping: Single trundle bed in the master BR closet BATHROOMS ★ BA 1 (Main Level): Full bathroom ★ BA 2 (Upper Level): No tub, with a stand-up shower ENTERNATINMENT FOR EVERYONE ★ Enjoy movie nights in the cozy movie area with a large couch and projector. ★ Have fun with a game of ping-pong, foosball, or board games. ★ Additional table with chairs, a mini fridge, and a cocktail bar. OUTDOOR SPACES ★ Take in the majestic mountain views from the upper deck or unwind in the comfortable outdoor seating. ★ Grill up a storm on the propane grill or indulge in relaxation in the inviting hot tub. ★ Convenient parking space available for your vehicles. Note: We had to remove the outdoor swings temporarily because they were in the way of the hot tub. We're currently figuring out a new, safe spot for them. ADDITIONAL AMENTIES ★ Stay connected with reliable high-speed internet and enjoy a dedicated workspace. ★ We provide amenities for children, including a stroller, pack 'n play, high chair, and baby gate. ★ Starter kit provided: Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We recommend bringing any additional items you may require for your stay. ❄️ WINTER RESERVATIONS ❄️ • Guests must have a 4-wheel drive vehicle equipped with snow-capable tires. Rear-wheel-drive vehicles are not recommended. • While the road to the cabin is regularly plowed, guests may need to clear the walkway and parking area themselves. 🚫 Please be aware that this mountain retreat does not have air conditioning, as it benefits from the cooler temperatures of its elevated location. However, ceiling fan and a radiant heat system ensure comfort throughout the seasons. 🚫 We also had to remove the outdoor swings temporarily because they were in the way of the hot tub. We're currently figuring out a new, safe spot for them. 📷 Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the front of the house to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home, but it is no longer active. Do not unplug or tamper with any security devices, including the Ring Camera, or any other essential devices. Guest access You will have private access to the whole house throughout the duration of your stay. A unique door code is provided to guests just before check-in. Other things to note 📌 To confirm your reservation, Tailored Stays requires a signed rental agreement (along with a government-issued ID) within 48 hours of booking. Additionally, a security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to contact Tailored Stays. 🐶 Pets (limited to dogs only) allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay, max 2 dogs under 50 lbs each. ⏰ Late check-out requires prior approval. Unapproved late check-outs will be charged hourly based on our cleaning team’s rate. - ABOUT OUR BOOKING REQUIREMENTS - 📝 Rental Agreement & Government ID: Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided. 💳 Security Deposit: A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed. ✅ These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.
