Please note that we have installed a single exterior camera facing the front of the house to ensure the safety and security of both our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Our cameras are motion-activated and recordings are stored in the cloud. There is also a noise detection device installed on the inside of the home, but it is no longer active You will have private access to the whole house throughout the duration of your stay. A unique door code is provided to guests just before check-in. Guests will receive all the necessary access information for the property and their stay remotely. There will be no on-site host or owner interaction, except in case of emergencies. Guests will interact with the host or our support team only upon request or in case of an emergency. The views around the house are breathtaking. You can see Pikes Peak to the east and various mountain ranges to the west, with The Sawatch Range, Collegiate Peaks, and the north end of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains visible on clear days. The west-facing deck offers spectacular views of the valley and nearby granite outcroppings, including Dome Rock. Hummingbird feeders attract curious hummingbirds as you relax on the deck with your family. You can use any navigation tool to find the best route to reach the property based on your current location. *To confirm your reservation, Tailored Stays requires a signed rental agreement (along with a government-issued ID) within 48 hours of booking. Additionally, a security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided. Security Deposit: It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed. These requirements are standard for all our properties and are part of our commitment to maintaining the properties we manage on behalf of our owners. They provide assurance to our property owners and protect us from situations where damage caused by guests may not be adequately covered by platform protections.
