The space The house is fully furnished with two flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi and a desk & chair work area. It features two bedrooms and two and-a-half (2 1/2) bathrooms. Open layout, kitchen and living space with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, coffee cups, glassware, dinnerware, bowls, pots & pans as well as grill utensils. Large dining room table sits 8. Each large bedroom is an "en-suite" with its own private full bathroom. Master bedroom is equipped with one king size bed and a garden tub/shower. Large window in the master bedroom overlooks the backyard where you can enjoy the birds feeding in the early morning. Second bedroom has two queen size beds and a walk-in shower. A/C split system allows each bedroom to set their preferred A/C or heat temperature. Extra linens, bath towels, pillows, sheets and blankets and a large capacity washer & dryer are available for your use. Private, fenced backyard and a large screened-in front porch with a 4-chair table and 2 rocking chairs – perfect to sip your morning coffee or eat your breakfast while enjoying the birds sing. Outside seating area allows for great entertaining, relaxing with an evening cocktail and grilling your favorite meal or catch of the day after a fun day of adventures. We provide a full-size outdoor charcoal grill. Board & card games are available for your entertainment. The front door has an electronic keypad lock, no face-to-face check-in needed.
