Kitchen (Main Level): The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and cookware. A cozy breakfast bar with seating for 2 connects the kitchen to the living area. • A traditional drip coffee maker is provided Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bed + Bonus Room, 3 Bath • Primary Bedroom (Top Level): King bed, lounge chair, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, private balcony, and ensuite bath with single vanity and walk-in shower (note: no privacy door) • Second Bedroom (Top Level): Two twin beds, dresser, closet, and washer/dryer. This room shares a full bath including a single vanity and walk-in shower • Additional Sleeping Area (Main Level): Twin-size futon, located near the entryway Outdoor Space (Main Level): Step outside to the spacious deck overlooking Ten Mile Creek. Laundry (Top Floor): This home includes a full-size washer and dryer located in the guest bedroom. Storage: Each townhome features a small garage currently used for storage, providing the perfect spot to keep all your adventure gear organized and easily accessible. Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Guest access You’ll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. Other things to note We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
