The space Primary bedroom has one luxury king size bed with 2 nightstand. one closet and a full bath 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds , suitable for children Full updated kitchen with granite counter tops, 3 bar stools, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher attached dining area and coffee bar living room with flat screen TV and large window for lake view Property is fenced in and has an attached dock for fishing and boat ramp leading to neighborhood Fountain Lake. There is a paddleboat and kayak for your use. Life jackets provided. There are several boat landings within a block or two leading to Lake Marion A screened in porch on lake side Other things to note Guests hold property owners harmless if choosing to use lake for swimming (at your own risk) or boating, paddle boat and/or kayak use HOUSE RULES Please be respectful of property as it is our vacation spot as well This is a family community, so keep noise down, including music We will allow one well behaved dog, pending approval, no long haired shedding dogs allowed. Sorry no cats as owners are highly allergic. Dogs are not to be allowed on furniture, also please pick up after your dog in the yard You are welcome to use our Paddle boat and kayak but please use life jackets and place boats back when finished. Swim at your own risk Feel free to fish from dock No use of hair dye or self tanner in the home as it may stain linens and towels Please unplug coffee maker and toaster upon final departure Trash bags are provided for your use, you may leave trash bags tied for housekeeping to dispose of Place used towels and washcloths in bathtub when checking out Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start washer upon departure You are free to use the washer/dryer The oak trees are lovely but be careful not to trip on roots There is to be no kiddie pool of any kind used on property Firepit is for burning wood only, absolutely no cardboard, paper, bottles, cans or food A gate opener is located in the lockbox at the property entrance and is for your use during your stay, when you do a final vacate, close the gate and place the opener back in lockbox
