Conveniently located. 10 minutes drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport. Close to Stratford upon Avon, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa & Warwick. Located in the picturesque village of Knowle where all local village amenities are within 1 mile including; restaurants, take aways, pubs & shops. The space 94 The Annex is totally self contained. It has a living area, dining area, kitchenette, double bedroom and en suite bathroom. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer as well as a dish washer. It has a private access however our home is located just next door if there are any questions. Guest access On booking 94 The annex, you will have total and private use of all spaces. Keys are provided via a lockbox with personalised code. Our home is situated just next door should there be any questions or challenges. Other things to note We do have children but we have checked that the noise of our household cannot be heard beyond the closing of car doors to the front however should you find any noise disruptive then please let me know and I will do my best to reduce it.
