The space A distinctive new non-profit facility, Forces Manor caters to veterans, their families, and members of the British Forces. We also extend a warm welcome to non-military visitors. An ancient hunting lodge, dating back more than 130 years, houses Forces Manor, located six miles south of Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park. It sits in the peaceful village of Kincraig, set in a rural area with views of the mountains near Loch Insh. Guest access All of the reception areas are open to visitors, including the spacious dining area, the military library and Veterans Lounge, the study/cinema TV room, and the guest kitchen located on the first floor. During your stay Since Forces Manor is a self-sufficient lodging facility, neither I nor other staff members may always be on hand. However, feel free to phone to inquire if you require assistance. I am the property's owner. Other things to note The guest kitchen on the first floor is equipped with kettles, toasters, and microwaves. There are glasses, cups, plates, and utensils provided. We'd like to ask that visitors not use the kitchen after 10 p.m. in order to avoid disturbing other guests who may have young children sleeping.
