LUA HOME Chalet with pool

Chalet with a fantastic pool, ideal for families with a capacity for 10-12 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and 2 living rooms. Hot and cold air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the main living room (with fireplace). There is a large outdoor barbecue. It has a basketball hoop, goal, ping pong table, trampoline, foosball, and darts. It is very close to a metro stop (2 minutes by car, 12 minutes on foot) and very close to the airport (10-15 minutes by car or metro). A car is needed The space There are bed sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. There are two refrigerators, an oven, a washing machine, and a bottle-type refrigerator to cool drinks. Guest access There are side tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoor area and garden. There are also sun loungers for sunbathing. The pool is cleaned weekly. In the barbecue you can cook with wood or gas. Other things to note Although it is close to the airport and a metro stop, you need a vehicle to get to the house. No parties allowed. It is necessary to respect the quiet hours between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM and between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside the home. No people outside the reservation are allowed in. Eating in the pool is not allowed, and glass objects cannot be put in or near the pool. A €300 cash payment is required upon arrival as a reservation. It will be returned upon check-out as soon as it is verified that there is no damage.
