Off the Ridge is a 3 acre retreat 10 min east of the town of Pine Bush. What this house lacks in size we hope it makes up for in coziness; hence the name the Roost. A place to feel at ease, safe and warm. With 1,300 sq. ft, the house still includes two quaint bedrooms with dressers, a large loft space with a queen bed and a bonus lounge area, an office space/library, dining room with 6 chairs and able to seat 8 comfortably, a living room with ample seating including beside a large fireplace as the focal point, a full kitchen with sub zero fridge, dishwasher, custom AGA range stove with dual ovens plus warming bays, laundry room and pantry, and the pier de resistance; a pink and blue original 1950’s bathroom with full bath and shower. Our hope is that this house provides you and your group a safe and beautiful space to enjoy and be rich in the simple pleasures. Welcome and Enjoy. During our 7 years of marriage we've had the privilege of traveling and collecting items from around the US and abroad. We offer our home full of these memories in art form! We have a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath home w/ loft on a 2.7 acre piece of land facing the ridge. We want to offer to our guest our home to enjoy as well as outdoor amenities. You'll find in our space that the entirety of our home with exception to the basement and shop, is available for your enjoyment. We hope during your stay you find our place easy to make home!
