Architecture: The property is a true vision of ‘brick and mortar’. Our exposed brick walls not only give the stay a rustic yet opulent look but also ensure the temperature inside remains cool, even on those typical NCR hot summer days. Our living lounge, with comfortable seating and a pantry with basic amenities, is a superb spot to unwind with friends, family or partners. The on-site pool is easily accessible from the deck using the door leading directly from the lounge to the pool. The space gets a direct view of the pool. If you’re staying with children, you can relax while keeping an eye on them while they splash in the pool. Rooms: The property has four rooms, divided equally between the two floors. All the rooms are breezy and boast ample natural daylight, all thanks to the genius architecture of the property. Windows running from ceiling to floor make the room feel more spacious, welcoming and well-lit. You can enjoy stunning views of the beautiful gardens, your private pool and majestic Aravali hills no matter the room you are in. Our charming bay window in all the rooms, complete with a bed right under it, makes for a cute little corner where you can spend your time doing what you love. Use the natural light for some reading and turn it into a star gazing spot at night. We’re confident this corner will hold a special place in your heart. You can start your mornings by sipping your first cuppa sitting on the extended balconies running around the rooms. King-sized beds with cushioned mattresses in the rooms offer multiple layers of comfort. Bath & Beyond: All the rooms have attached bathrooms that are well-equipped with modern amenities. Shampoos, conditioners and hand wash are available in all the rooms for your use. All the bathrooms come with a stand-alone, Victorian-era-style bathtub where you can wind down after weeks of working hard. Our living lounge on the ground floor also has access to a powder room equipped with basic amenities. Pool: The private infinity pool on the property is divided into three sections. Adults and kids have separate pools. We avoid adding chlorine to the kid’s pool, making it ideal for your little ones. The kid’s pool can easily accommodate up to ten kids at a time. Dimensions of the regular pool for adults are: Depth: 4.5 ft. Width: 20 ft. Length: 30 ft. There is also a 6-seater jacuzzi pool on the property. The air bubbles in the pool help decompress your legs and back, making you feel at ease. Jacuzzi can be used on Chargeable basis. All three pools sit next to each other and are surrounded by the deck, where you can lounge and bathe under the morning sunlight. The Game Zone: The first-floor living lounge is where you can spend time by giving your competitive side a boost. Yes, it’s a game zone. From ludo to carrom board, your indoor fun is well taken care of. If you are visiting with your family, you will find all the equipment needed to engage in a friendly match of cricket or badminton on the property. You will also have access to television and a karaoke mic to make your staycation more exciting. Eco-Friendly: We believe in giving back to nature and are committed to using sustainable resources wherever possible. Except for the air conditioners, we use solar panels to generate electricity throughout the property. Using natural energy resources allows us to minimise our contribution to environmental damage. We also have a groundwater harvesting system and automatic sprinklers to keep the lawns lush. This helps us control water wastage and supports our efforts to keep the property sustainable. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire farm. Other things to note • The property’s check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable by the property. • The property is located less than 15 km from the NH8. • You can book the stay for a maximum of 16 pax. If you wish to invite more guests that will be staying till after 11 PM, an extra cost of INR 1500 per head will be applicable. • We have a security guard on the grounds, ensuring your and your family’s safety 24*7. • A medical kit is available on the property. • Service staff, gardener and housekeeping staff will be present on the property throughout your stay. • Our team prepares food fresh on the property to ensure you are served piping-hot delicacies. And since it’s freshly prepared, we request you to allow them time to serve you Satvik food. • The latest our kitchen staff is available is by 11 PM. • Please inform us of your meal preference in advance. • If you have a dish you prefer, you can let our staff know in advance, and they’ll make the arrangements. However, please note that customisations in the menu are chargeable. • We love pets and are a pet-friendly property. However, we would appreciate it if you kept your pets from entering the swimming pool or sitting on the beds. It will make it easy for our housekeeping staff to make your rooms. • We request you to carry your pet’s food along when visiting. • The on-site kitchen is equipped with modern facilities. Microwave, electric kettle and RO water are readily available. You will also find cutlery and dishes to enjoy your meals to the fullest. • You can ask our team to light a bonfire at an additional cost of INR 1000 for two hours. • If you are bringing a driver, we can arrange their stay and food. However, please note that the latter is chargeable. • Parking space for seven cars is available on the property. • As per the government rules, loud music is only allowed till 10 PM. But the party doesn’t have to stop there. You can still enjoy your intimate get-togethers with soft, mellow music in the background. • Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables. • Since the property sits amidst the natural wonders, its creatures are bound to bump into you now and then. And thus, we highly recommend you carry a mosquito and insect repellent for your safety. • We recommend you supervise your little ones while they are in or around the pool. . 100% vegetarian Food by in house cook .
