Accommodation for up to 5 people, children are counted, no extra bed is provided; Room with accommodation for 2 people, wardrobe and air conditioning. Living room with TV, reversible sofa for 2 people. 3 single mattresses, social bathroom. Basic kitchen with only a minibar and refrigerator, microwave and stove. The water park is open until midnight (except in case of maintenance, the condominium has the autonomy to carry out maintenance whenever necessary). ◾This Condominium prohibits, in the common areas, the use of thermal bags, Styrofoam boxes with food and beverages, the use of bottles, glass cups, metal cutlery, plates and other utensils in the pool areas. The use of hookahs and portable speakers in common areas is prohibited. (*Note: The condominium's standard beer bucket is allowed, which is picked up directly at the restaurant with a deposit of R$ 50.00 and a daily use fee of R$ 10.00*). ◾Parking for 01 vehicle, if more vehicles come, the condominium charges the rental in the amount of R$ 50.00 per vehicle. The use of the leisure area is handled directly with the Condominium. At check-in, some condominium rules are informed. In the event of any non-compliance with these rules, the holder (responsible for the unit) will pay a fine levied by the condominium, collected in court. ◾Attention: the large pool is at room temperature and the smaller pools are heated only from Thursday to Sunday and holidays and during the high season, in January and July. On other days there is no heating. Swimming pool hours are from 8 a.m. to midnight.
