In a quiet and family-friendly area close to swimming, nature, Gothenburg and Landvetter airport, you will find this cozy house. 100 meters from the house is public transport that easily takes you into Gothenburg with, among other things, Liseberg, Ullevi and restaurants. In Landvetter, there is a lovely swimming area with paddle tennis courts, mini golf and ice cream café. Two large grocery stores and a bakery. Open the door and step in! The house has a bright and open floor plan with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with space for 8 people. The space The villa consists of three spacious floors with good social areas. The entrance floor has a spacious hall with storage for outerwear. Directly adjacent to the hall, you will find a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. On the lower floor, there is also the house's laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. One floor up, you step into the living room with sofa and TV. The open floor plan then takes you all the way to the kitchen. Through the kitchen, you can step out onto the spacious patio. The patio has everything you need in the form of a dining area and barbecue. On the third floor is the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms.
