We are just steps from Pontal Beach, the Historic Center and general shopping. The events in Paraty are held near our Flat, if you stay here you will do everything on foot. Come spend amazing days at our lodging! The space Simplicity, cleanliness and practicality! Our Flat has a (separate) backyard, balcony, bedroom, American kitchen and bathroom. We have TV, Wi-Fi, fan, bookcase, table, armchairs, double bed and bunk bed. Accommodates up to five people. IMPORTANT: We do not provide bed linens or bath towels. The available price is for 4 guests. The fifth guest pays a small fee to be agreed upon, as it will be necessary to make the 5th bed available. We do not accept large pets or large numbers of pets. Please check beforehand regarding pets. For dates of events in the city (New Year's Eve, Carnival, Flip, Cachaça Festival, etc.) we only close the package, we do not rent a separate daily rate.
