NEW HEATED POOL/SPA/DECK". Welcome, to this breathtaking Southern Charm Estate situated on almost 3 acres that backs up to the Caloosahatchee River with lots of Oak Trees. The house is very spacious and warm for the whole family. Your fur family are welcome too! Truly a perfect Paradise set-up for any occasion. The space Come in & COZY UP! As a GRATEFUL HOST, I aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and confirm that it has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules can not be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance, and I truly appreciate your cooperation! 3 Night minimum required. *Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. **Make note that there are only security cameras aimed at the front entry gate, and the garage aimed towards the boat lift on the river to keep an eye on the boat while the owners are gone. This property is almost 3 acres and on the river. *No Smoking in the house. *2 Pets are allowed $125 fee per pet. ***$50 per day extra charge for the pool to be heated. *$35 extra per person over 12+ people, per night. *Quiet time is 10:00 pm until 8:00 am to respect neighbors. NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE AT ALL. If guests are found to be having had a party, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, a $35 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Must not have excessive cleaning required do to stains on furniture, rugs, drapes, pillows, bed skirts, lamp shades, décor, oven, Blackstone Griddle outside or driveway, etc.... or "Extra" cleaning fee will be charged accordingly ($25.00-$200.00). No trash left behind. All trash must be taken to the outside trash cans or Extra $25.00 fee will be charged. No linens/towels are to be lost, stained, or damaged. The replacement fee will be charged. No inside or outside toys, games, corn hole, basketball hoops, scooters, balls, chairs, tables, coolers, etc… are to be let outside. All must be put back where you found it or $25.00-$200 extra fee. We provide "A LOT" for our guest & their families so they will have the best experience ever. Please be respectful of all our belongings and rules. Feel free to use the Blackstone Griddle outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The Griddle is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the griddle clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee will be required. You may also need to add your own gas to the Griddle. Please do not rearrange our furniture. Fire-pit circle MUST have Adult supervision at all times. Use at your own risk. Children are not allowed around fire-pit alone. Guest must supply own wood and fire starter. Must extinguish fire with garden hose to douse any flames & ashes to give the fire-pit plenty of time to return to a normal temperature afterward and totally put the fire out. Early check-in or Late check-out if available is an extra $50 fee per hour. Guests must sign a Rental Contract. You will receive the Contract by email after your booking is confirmed with the terms accepted. This is required by the insurance company. Release of Liability Waiver (For each guest staying Adults & Minors) must be signed before check-in. You will receive an email with the waiver after your booking is confirmed. It will be your responsibility to have each of your guests sign the Release of Liability Waiver and email them back before your check-in date. Any guest not willing to sign the waiver CAN NOT stay on the property. This is required by the insurance company. ***Now open for events to be held on the property such as weddings, family reunions, corporate events, etc..... There will be an extra fee for a special event. Just inquire with your details to receive a quote. It is truly a perfect Paradise set-up for any occasion. The entire 3 acres is fenced and guests have full access. The boat lift is not included and the Owner's boat will remain. Kayaks are included and mounted on the carport wall for guests access. The attached garage to the house has ping pong table, foosball table and yard games for the entire family to enjoy. Beach wagon, chairs, towels, and cooler are provided as well. Come make some memories with your love ones. Other things to note The Property is near the HISTORIC TYRRELL GARDENS, including the original home, built in 1913, and the winter home of Dr. George Tyrrell. Dr. Tyrrell was a hobby botanist and a close friend of Edison, Ford and Firestone, who would bring him plants from all over the world! Thomas Edison himself was a frequent visitor. Behind the pool was actually the boat slip that Thomas Edison would come with his steamboat and pull right up to the home, and when he would visit the Tyrrell’s they had dinner to celebrate friendship and good times. The home and neighborhood was part of a scene in the 1995 murder mystery “Just Cause” featuring Sean Connery and Laurence Fishburne. The home was known as "Peacock Alley" and "Mrs. Edison came here to get her own peacock.”
