We are 10 houses away from the main road Panamericana, we have banks, pizza, restaurants, bars, nightlife and 24hrs AM/PM convenience store. Center of town, park, Pali for groceries and historic church is all walking distance The space We have two sofas in the living that convert to full beds. It can sleep up to 8 people. All TV’s are smart tvs with Netflix, Disney and YouTube. There is high speed internet, ceiling fans throughout the property and 3 mini splits inside the home. The washer is also a dryer. There is hhot water in the shower. Plenty of towels and even life vest for kids to swim in the pool. The pool is 5.5 feet deep and it has multiple light settings for night time party. A jetted jetted jacuzzi that fits 15 people. Pool guy who can come clean the pool daily. It’s a party house. The house has a caretaker who can help with everything who lives 5 minutes away. The home is super safe and has home alarm and gate alarm sensors and cameras all over the premises. There’s indoor and outdoor kitchen and a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook for parties!
