Relax in our beautiful house with a large garden. If you enjoy being surrounded by stunning natural scenery and fresh country air, yet still close to the city, you'll feel right at home in our artfully designed house with its friendly pets. Younger, international guests, students, interns, and tourists often stay for extended periods. There's a bus connection to the university and the Graz University Hospital. We can arrange special rates and conditions for long-term (more as 1 month) guests. The space The guest rooms are located in our private family home on the second floor. As a guest, both rooms on the floor are only available to you. We are used a familiar, friendly relationship with our, usually younger, international long-term guests, but of course we accept requests for privacy and peace and quiet. Long-term guests are particularly welcome, whether for study purposes or to complete an internship at the UNI Graz or at the LKH Graz or at other locations. Artists and cultural workers are also more frequent guests. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire second floor with 2 rooms, including shower and sink. Common use is provided for the kitchen, the toilet and the dining room. Our large garden including barbecue area can also be used at any time. Renting your own bike is possible. During your stay We are available to our guests, in person and by phone at any time. We are also try to assist with visa questions for students, visitors, or longer stays. Other things to note Recently, we have received booking requests from fake profiles with fraudulent appearances. Therefore, for security reasons, we have become more cautious and ask guests to provide some general information before making an inquiry. This includes the purpose of their stay (studies, internship, business, vacation, or other), whether they are male or female, and their approximate age. The safety and well-being of our guests and ourselves are very important to us. Thank you for your understanding. Unfortunately, our accommodation is not suitable as a residence for seniors. We have a new, more powerful WiFi in the house and guest rooms since 2024.
