The building is located in is right on the Sand, this is an interior unit, street facing the street with peek a boo views through the homes of the bay this specific unit is not on the sand, you can see the building map in the photos, we offer units 4,5,9, and 10 on the sand facing the water. You can walk out the back door of the building and see miles of beach and sand, the world famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front This unit is in a building that is right on the sand, but it faces the street and has a glimpse of the bay through the houses. If you want a unit that is on the sand and facing the water, we also offer units 4, 5, 9, and 10. You can see the building map in the photos. From the back door of the building, you can access the beach and enjoy the views of the famous wedge and the Balboa Pier. You can also have fun with boogie boarding, surfing, biking, or strolling on the pier and boardwalk. There is an ocean front park nearby, as well as many great restaurants and cafes. We have six other units available in this building, four of them are beach front, perfect for a multi-family vacation or a romantic getaway. This unit does not come with reserved parking. There is free street parking and a number of city lots nearby, with that said, during the summer, on holidays, and busier times of the year it can be difficult finding parking. This unit is 250 square feet, it's efficient but not large, appropriate for 2 adults and up to 2 children max. Step out of the the hallway at the back door and you are on the boardwalk, 6 more feet and you are on the sand, then the water, circa 100-130 yards pending tide.
