Tucked along the scenic St. Vrain River, our 20+ thoughtfully designed tiny homes blend comfort, charm, and winter adventure. As snow dusts the cottonwoods, enjoy crisp mornings and cozy evenings surrounded by mountain beauty. Take advantage of direct river access for peaceful reflection or a quiet stroll along the water. Nearby trails and parks offer snowy playgrounds and wide-open spaces to explore. Back at WeeCasa, unwind by the firepits with a warm drink, curl up in the lobby with books, games, and hot cocoa, or simply watch the season sparkle. Whether you’re here to explore, recharge, or savor the magic of winter, WeeCasa is your perfect holiday home base. ✨ Guest access Guests will have convenient access to parking areas located just steps from the tiny home. Upon arrival, check-in takes place at the WeeShare House, located at the entrance to the property. Up to two keys will be provided at check-in. For added flexibility, self-check-in is also available with prior notice. Please note that there are other tiny homes available for rent on the property, so while your space is private, you'll be sharing the overall grounds with other guests. Other things to note WeeCasa Lyons is a unique tiny house resort with a variety of charming tiny homes to choose from, making it a perfect spot for couples, families, or anyone curious to experience the tiny house lifestyle—even if just for a few nights! Our 10-acre property serves as a quiet, private park for guests during the week, with open grassy areas, river access, and space to relax. On some weekends, the adjacent River Bend venue hosts weddings or events. While not every weekend is booked, guests may notice occasional activity, especially on Saturday afternoons and evenings. Shared outdoor spaces remain open for guest use throughout. If you're staying in a home with a loft, please take care when using the stairs. The railing is there to help, so feel free to use it for support. Like most tiny homes, the loft has limited headroom, so just keep that in mind as you move around. We want to make sure your stay is as safe and comfortable as it is memorable!
