The space Entering through the 9' double entry doors, you will be greeted by soaring 25' ceilings in the great room along with a cozy gas fireplace, 2 Samsung Frame TV's, beautiful back yard views, and comfortable seating for a crowd. To your left you will find the enormous eat in custom kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinetry, a 10' island with soapstone counters, 48" Ilve range with 6 burners +large griddle + 2 ovens, integrated Fisher Paykel fridge / freezer, separate 2 drawer fridge, bar sink on side counter, full size Fisher Paykel dishwasher, and second 2 drawer dishwasher, oversized pantry, and custom coffee / small appliance bar. Just beyond the kitchen lies the formal dining room with seating for 10-12 and access to the back yard. From the dining room you you can directly access the large + heated covered back deck with seating area. Also located in the backyard is the fire pit with Adirondack seating for 6, gas BBQ, outdoor table with seating for 10 (available seasonally), large concrete patio, and hot tub. Down the hall from the kitchen lies the main hall bath, den with smart TV , laundry / mud room, and garage / game room. To the right of the front doors you will find one of the main floor bedrooms with king sized bed + smart TV, and en suite bath, and the primary bedroom with king bed + daybed, smart TV, and en suite 5 piece bath. Located upstairs is the Jr Primary Primary Suite with king size bed, + smart TV, private deck over looking the gold course and mountains, and en-suite bath. The hall bath with 2 sinks and separate shower + toilet room. Another large bedroom with king sized bed + smart TV, and the bunk room with built in storage, smart TV, 2 pull out sofa beds (doubles), and bunk bedroom with 4 full size beds. The house is great for large groups or extended families traveling together, and is child friendly -- we have stocked it with things like pack and plays, umbrella strollers, and high chairs so you dont have to travel with all those items :) We also try to keep the kitchen well stocked for cooking large meals. Guest access You have access to 95% of the home with the exception of some locked off storage spaces. Other things to note We have been hosting vacation rentals for over 15 years and we love the experience and getting to know folks from all over the world. Because we mostly host larger groups, we find that our guests are usually here to celebrate something together and we love being a part of that in some small way :) We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe 99% of our guests understand that and are awesome! However, I'm afraid over the years that other 1% have caused enough issues that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity, but also happens to coincide with Suncadia's HOA regulations. We also have a rental agreement (emailed after reservation is placed) we require guests to sign within 7 days of receipt and we ask for a copy of the primary renters ID.. Other than that, really our goal is to provide the most comfortable and clean well kept rental home in Suncadia. - We are a private host so Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center access is NOT included - We have an extra guest fee of $50 per person per night for each guest after 10. This is so we can keep the base rate lower for smaller groups, yet also cover the additional, supplies, utilities, wear and tear etc.. .that comes with hosting larger groups. - Suncadia is a growing community and construction may be ongoing in surrounding areas - Street parking is not allowed, all cars must be parked in driveway - We keep our calendar up to date at all times, so if the dates you are interested in show they are available, there is a 99.9% chance they are. The only exception would be if someone instant booked on another site and we were in the midst of updating here, or if there was a platform glitch. - Also, for the safety of our guests and the home, we do not provide the homes address or front exterior photo without a confirmed reservation.
