New apartment, finely renovated, in a well-served area of Monza, convenient for reaching Milan both by car because it is 1.5 km from Viale Lombardia, one of the main arteries that connect Monza also with the ring roads and on foot: the train station it can be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes (1.3 km). It's equipped with all the comforts that will make you feel at home (wifi, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave and dishwasher) The space It is a large two-room apartment: as soon as you cross the threshold of the house, you enter the large living room with open kitchen. Through a hallway, intelligently equipped as a laundry room, you can enter to the spacious bathroom with shower and the double bedroom with large wardrobe and dedicated work area. Guest access The house will be at your complete disposal in all spaces which will be reserved exclusively for you during your stay. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of the condominium, accessible by stairs. Pets are welcome here! Other things to note Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by: - bed linen sanitized by the industrial laundry service I collaborate with - a set of towels for each guest, including a shower towel and a face towel -a bath mat - and, as a kind and optional gesture offered with pleasure, a surprise welcome kit prepared to make you feel at home. In the case of a reservation for two guests, only the double bedroom will be set up automatically. If you have different needs, such as sleeping in two separate rooms, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your check-in date. If you notify us with less notice, there will be an extra cost and we will try as much as possible to accommodate your request before your arrival, but we will confirm or not the extra set-up before your arrival via airbnb chat. In case the use of the sofa bed is required, the linen set will be properly arranged on the closed sofa, so as not to leave any clutter in the room. If you prefer the sofa bed to be already made and ready for use upon your arrival, we ask you to always notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival.
