The places can be reached by car in about half an hour ( heath about 45 minutes ). You have good shopping in the neighboring town of Garding. Here you can find it all for your everyday needs. On Tuesdays, a large weekly market around the old church is worth a visit. Here you can find everything the region has to offer. Regional products are offered about 3 km away on a farm. If you don't want to go to St. Peter-Ording for a swim, visit the bathing area in Vollerwiek (about 20 minutes by car). At the DLRG guarded swimming spot you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Parking, freshwater showers, sunbathing areas on the reason niche, sandbox, stairs to the water.
