We are thrilled to introduce our newest development, The Otium, an exquisitely renovated, luxury lifestyle home. The space This opulent luxury resort style accommodation features, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large living area, Argentinian wood fired BBQ, pizza oven, theatre and games room with poolside and cabana Guest access The Otium is a private residence exclusive for you and your family, adjacent to Caversham House where you will have free parking and a pathway meandering to the homestead. Other things to note We look forward to welcoming you to The Otium. Access and keys to the property will be available via the Reception Desk, located at Caversham House, between 2pm - 5pm. Pre Authorisation and Photo ID Upon check in, a copy will be made of your photo ID and a pre-authorisation of $1000.00 will be taken from your nominated credit card. Funds will be released to your card, once the property has been checked following your departure. This can take up to 7 days. How to be a great guest: Our holiday homes are for accommodation purposes only If you would like to have visitors at the accommodation - permission will need to be requested from Caversham House Management Strictly no parties or after parties will be permitted. Guests that are found not be complying with this requirement - occupants and guests will be evicted from The Otium and bond payment will not be refunded. Inspections At times, the owners are permitted to conduct a routine inspection of the property to ensure that the house rules are being followed. We will provide notice as to when these inspections will be conducted. Permiter security cameras For your security and that of your guests, we have permiter security cameras at The Otium. The camera system is fitted with AI - which has the capability of alerting us of any visitors that are not part of your booking. Respect our arrival time of 2.00pm Early arrivals cannot be accommodated during this period. If you intend to arrive after 1500 - please contact us. Please pick up your house keys at the Caversham House Reception Desk. Respect your neighbours Please keep the noise level down, especially after 10.00pm. Supervision of children Children are to be supervised at all times, in particular when in the Games Room and using the pinball machines No smoking The Otium is strictly non-smoking. Should you smoke outside, please dispose of butts responsibly and not into the garden due to the risk of fire. Report concerns via the on-call phone If something is not as it should be, please call us on 9279 1167 during office hours - Wednesday to Sunday between 0900 - 1700. Leave the property clean and tidy Upon check out - please take out all the rubbish, switch off all lights, heating and cooling, and secure doors and windows when you leave. Report any damage Please report any damage to allow us to resolve quickly and effectively. Respect our departure time of 10.00am On departure, please return the keys to the Reception office and check for your belongings, as postage and handling fees apply for lost or misplaced items.
