The spacious living area and kitchen are on the second floor. 🐾 Pet Policy: One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply. Guest access You will have access to both sides of the duplex. Other things to note To ensure you will have a 5-star experience, we require a rental agreement to be signed upon booking.
