We are located in Avida Towers (Tower 3) on Donato Pison Avenue. That experience starts when you walk in the door because we make sure the room is at a comfortable temperature, everything is clean and you feel right at ease and relaxed. We have Globe GFiber Wi-Fi at 50 mbps. So a stable and fast internet connection for work or entertainment. Want to take a dip in the pool? No problem, as our guests you are able to use it free of charge. Looking to stay together with friends? Also check our other apartment to see if it is available. It is in the same building and on the same floor. You can find it if you click on our profile picture, scroll down and go to "Modern Oasis.." Bedroom ★ You will sleep in a Queen-sized bed, we also have a pull-out. ★ Comfortable premium Emma mattress for both (Queen and pull-out) ★ Hotel quality sheets for ultimate sleep comfort! ★ Netflix and Playstation 4 ★ Window-type AC (be aware of this if you are a light sleeper) Kitchen ★ Fully equipped kitchen ★ Electric one-pit stove to cook ★ Watercooker, toaster, and all the utensils you need ★ A Moka pot to get your daily dose of caffeine. ★ Complementary are: rice, pasta, cereal, spices, purified water, premium ground coffee, instant coffee, tea and much more. ★ Treat yourself with drinks&snacks (surcharge) Living Room ★ A wardrobe, including hangers is available to neatly store your clothes. ★ Stylish wall-side dinner table for 3 people that can also be used as a workstation ★ You don’t even have to leave the house if you want to grab a drink or snack because they are already available in the condo (at a surcharge). ★ A guidebook is at your disposal explaining everything you need to know about getting around the apartment Bathroom ★ Hot and cold shower ★ Bidet ★ Hairdryer ★ Towels are included. ★ For your comfort all bathroom necessities including a personal toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are included. Guest access For your ease check-in is through self check-in, but if you have any questions or concerns either upfront or during check-in please let us know! Jana also has local knowledge so if you need any help with planning your trip, do let us know! ★ You will have access to the whole apartment (the size is 23 m2 so good for a maximum of 3). ★ All amenities in the apartment are for complementary use unless stated otherwise. ★ You will also have access to common area facilities such as a pool and a kids playground ★ Laundry service is available downstairs in the lobby at a surcharge. ★ We have an iron and iron board available in the apartment ★ A first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are present Other things to note Parking In front of the building there is parking but it is subject to availability and it is at a surcharge. There is also street side parking on the main street, which is obviously also subject to availability. If the parking spaces in front of the building/lobby are full then you can ask a security guard to assist you. Swimming Pool Outdoor amenities such as the pool are also available. For you as our guest(s) the use of the pool is completely free. People not staying in our apartment can use the swimming pool for 100 php (daytime) or 150php/pax (night time), payable to the guard at the swimming pool. The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance, other days it is open from 6am to 10pm. Gym There is a gym in the complex, unfortunately it is only for residents so that is not a service we can provide at the moment. We recommend visiting Kommune&Tiger which is a short walk from the condo. They have gym equipment and hold different fitness classes, they have per visit per class payment option. Guest maximum We can host only a maximum of three people for your comfort and due to building regulations. For a third person we charge a fee since we have increased costs in that case as well. But don't worry, all guests will have a comfortable Emma mattress to sleep on. Accompanied by two adults, it is also possible to stay with two children (7 years and under). For children we charge an extra fee of 500 php/pax due to increased costs. Other - There is a security-guard on premise 24/7. - Our building management requires you to present a valid ID upon entry. - The place sleeps a maximum of three, having some friends over is no problem as long as they do not stay overnight.
