You have a water tank and generator. The space Two (2) story building. Composed of 4 apartments, with indoor parking. Please park in the assigned parking lot. And close the gate once you have entered. We are not responsible for accidents. Once you enter, you'll find the "bepper" remote in the lockbox, which you return when you leave. ✅The bepper has a cost of $100.00 to replace it. ✅The maximum height of the parking lot is 75” inches or 6'3. ✅Preferably a compact car or SUV. ✅Visitors are not allowed. ✅Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. ✅The living room has a ceiling fan. ✅The apartment is located on the second floor. ✅You must be careful with the keys. Losing them would cost $75.00. ✅Bringing in guests or visitors who are not on the reservation costs $100.00 per person.
