This cozy 1940s adobe casita with off-street parking is tucked into an intimate gated compound within walking distance of downtown TorC A queen-sized bed and ample seating invite you to read, visit, or contemplate the day's adventures A sun-drenched kitchen has ample dishes and cookware, a four-top gas stove, fridge, toaster oven, and microwave Outdoor seating areas provide a peaceful sanctuary to catch some sun or pet a friendly cat Hosts are on-site for guest’s needs The space Our casita was built in 1940 and has retained its charm even with several modern upgrades. We think of our property as an ever evolving canvas for local art, simple living, and xeriscaping. It will be an honor to share it with you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire casita, outdoor spaces front and back, and a designated parking spot. Other things to note Due to four cats, and a flock of chickens living comfortably on our compound, please do not bring pets. We have many delicate artifacts that are not child-friendly, please no toddlers or children. There is no conventional oven; there is a small toaster oven. Please do not light candles indoors - the wax is difficult to remove.
