The registration of the rental agreement costs 1% of the total rental amount, with a minimum cost of €50.00 per contract. This cost must be paid prior to check in and varies depending on the length of stay. Gas and electricity consumption are included in the monthly price up to a maximum of € 70/month. You are required to pay for any consumption that exceeds this monthly value.
