Guest access You enter our property and your rental space through a private and secure side gate entrance. Once inside the gate you will be in your own private patio area, with lush landscaping, water feature, outdoor table and lounge chairs with prime southern sun exposure. *Please ask if you would like full access to the rest of the outdoor space, which is not a problem. *We can only accommodate guests in our private outdoor space with prior approval. Your security is our priority. We have individual key pad security codes for the gate and for entry to the apartment for each guest. If you would like to have guests, we firmly ask that you just let us know in advance of their arrival. Usually not a problem. DO not share your access codes with your guests. There is a door bell located near the door. We prefer that your guests ring you for entry. Again, security on our property is a priority for everyone. This is something we take very seriously.
