The space The apartment is on the 7th floor, there is an elevator up to the 5th floor and then you will find two flights of stairs to reach the entrance door. The house has been cared for in detail, its spaces make it ideal for families or small groups of up to 7 people. In the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and all the main appliances for cooking independently. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair bed and a large table, perfect for eating in peace. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom designed to ensure the best rest. The room has a comfortable double bed, a bunk bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower stall, and a hairdryer. The highlight of the apartment is the bright balcony overlooking the mountains that guarantees an atmosphere of absolute tranquility! Guest access The house is easily accessible from the street and has free parking right in front of the building, making it easy to reach us. Just a 2-minute drive away, you will find all the main services, including restaurants, shops, and stores. Staying in Casteldelfino, in the picturesque Varaita Valley, you will have access to a number of attractions and breathtaking views. You will have access to the cross-country ski trails in the village and the downhill ski slopes in Pontechianale.
