New Building in the Braga neighborhood of Cabo Frio, in a quiet and wooded street just minutes from the most beautiful beach in Cabo Frio. Just cross the dunes in front of the street and walk 5 minutes to step on the white sand and wet your feet in crystal clear water. The apartment has charming and uncluttered decor, as well as being practical and fully equipped. It has a living room in two environments: tV area with couch and New smart TV (also with open channels), air-conditioned wine cellar, air conditioning and gourmet balcony; dining area with table for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen and a china cabinet with dishes and glasses. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances, cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, all new and in perfect condition. The laundry has a tank and washing machine. We have 4 beach chairs, 2 parasols, 2 bodyboard boards, frescobol and cooler. The apartment has three bedrooms with split air-conditioning, one en-suite with a queen-size bed, one bedroom also with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed. From the suite we have a privileged view of the sea, just ahead. The three bedrooms have a modulated locker for storing clothes. The showers of the two bathrooms have excellent volume of water heated by passage heater. Large balcony to have a barbecue on the electric grill and have a drink enjoying the view and the sea breeze. Two parking spaces. Building with intercom and electronic gate, elevator, party room, sauna and garage for up to two cars. Zelador in the building. Linen and bath linen available from three nights. * the blue sofa in the photos has recently been replaced with a new beige sofa. Guest access Sauna and ping pong table in the building. Other things to note We ask that you treat the apartment as if it were your home, with care and zeal. We ask that you not sit on the beds and sofa when wet. Use the foot washes when you arrive from the beach to clean your feet and beach chairs. Keep dishes and kitchen utensils clean. Turn off the air-conditioning when you leave the apartment. The environment and we appreciate it. Listen to music at a volume that does not disturb the neighbors.
