Private driveway outside house that can fit two cars and free parking around the area too. 3 double bedrooms containing 1 king size bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Family bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink on the second floor and a separate downstairs WC. The bedroom on the third floor has the 2 single beds and a separate en suite with bath, sink and toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, double oven and fridge freezer. Lounge has a four seater L sofa and a 65 inch smart TV. Dining area has an extendable dining table that holds up to 8ppl. Iron, clothes steamer and ironing board located in middle bedroom. Patio & garden area with patio bench. Outdoor sauna that can fit up to 8 people. 6 Person Hot tub in garden for use up to 10pm only. House in residential area. Children’s playground and exercise equipment approximately 5 minutes walk from the house. (Cross over & Walk left of house along and you will find) Photos in additional photo section. Guest access Entire house and garden Other things to note There is CCTV operating only at the front of the house for security purposes. House is in a residential area. No Hens or Stags please. No parties. Please be mindful of neighbours at night time. Please do not use hot tub after 10pm as house is in a residential area. ***Please, NO FAKE TAN IN HOT TUB*** Thank You The sauna is an outdoor sauna. Please do not use after consuming alcohol for safety reasons.
