The location is very accessible to all types of transportation and is only a 15-minute drive to and fro Davao International Airport and a few minutes drive to downtown area as well. Guest access Guests will arrive in the condominium’s spacious and cozy receiving area. Will use any of the two (2) elevators of the building to get to the unit. And will have an access to the unit’s balcony, living space and bedroom, kitchen and sink area, bathroom with toilet and shower during their stay. Other things to note This is a newly opened condominium that is situated within a four-building condominiums which are currently under construction. Construction workers, their equipments and materials are present within the premises but are not necessarily of close proximity since they are not allowed to loiter near the building. There is also a barricade that separates them from the building. Parking areas are limited and since this is located near malls, street parking may also be full during daytime. Swimming pool and community clubhouse area are not yet developed.
