From the neighbouring village of Melmerby (3 miles), cycle the Hartside Pass and visit Alston, England's highest market town, boasting cobbled streets and quaint buildings. This beautiful, bright, contemporary property, set over two floors, has plenty of natural light and decor that reflects nature and landscapes. Enter the hallway, and the lounge is on the left, offering comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and space to play board games. A snug opposite with a bookcase and sofa is the perfect reading place. The open-plan kitchen/diner with bi-folding doors is a great social space to catch up and plan for the day. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to ensure meal preparation is a breeze.
