Our 2bhk is the right size for a family or group of friends. The complex has a common pool, private balcony, daily housekeeping and 24/7 security. The apartment has an inverter for the frequent power cuts in Goa (no genset) . It include - WIFI available in all the rooms. - A fully functional kitchen where you can prepare your meal: it has all the appliances like the hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has a washing machine in case you need to do laundry. - A living room with flat screen TV & a full size sofa. - 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, they have comfortable double size beds with luxurious linen and a large closet for storage of your luggage and clothes. The bathrooms have towels & toiletries. - A balcony area with 2 chairs and a table, perfect to enjoy the outdoor area. -An inverter which will power the fans, basic lights, 2 charging points and the WIFI in case of power outage for 2 to 3h (no GENSET) - The apartment also has extras like a clothes’ drying stand and an iron with ironing board. HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES Daily housekeeping occurs between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including fresh towels and linens replenished every 3 nights to help us conserve water. MONTHLY STAYS We offer monthly discounts for long stays - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, tata sky, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000/- security deposit at the time of check-in against these NETWORK Please note that Jio works well in the area but VI and Airtel have very limited range ( Inside the apartment network is the issue hence WiFi is been provided). MEALS Breakfast available on request at an additional cost – enjoy a hassle-free start to your day! Guest access - You can enjoy our common area facilities like the pool. - We have free parking available outside the property (first come, first served basis). The closest market to buy groceries is Verem, 3 min drive from the apartment complex. For a larger supermarket, head to Newtons or Delfinos, 10 min drive.
