Charming, spacious 4 bdrm (1st & 2nd floor ONLY w/ private entrance of Victorian home. Third floor will be occupied) ideally located to local shops, bars, restaurants, Fire Island Ferries and train station. Sleeps up to 9 ppl. PERFECT for large responsible groups and family gatherings. NO OVEN at moment. Main Bdrm - King bed & private bath. One bdrm w/ three Twin beds. Two bdrms w/ Queen bed each. Includes 2 private parking spots. 15 min drive to main beaches. The space Very spacious and airy 4 bedrooms. (Again: 1st and second floors only w/ private entrance) A huge great room with extra table and six chairs, and desk - also used for photoshoots. Sunny solarium w/ medium L-shaped sofa, large dining room with 8 chairs, Eat-in-kitchen with 4 bar stools at countertop and kitchen table with 4 chairs. No oven at moment but convectional / toaster oven, stove top and microwave. There is a tiny bathroom downstairs. Two more bathrooms as well as the 4 bedrooms all on second floor. Designated parking area and front porch. Guest access You will have access to 1st and 2nd floors ONLY of home. Which are the main part of home. It has own private entrance. All the photos in listing show all the accessible rooms which are part of this Airbnb rental. The 3rd floor is occupied and has it's own entrance and designated parking. There are No shared spaces. Other things to note Due to a few fragile items in this special and unique home, adults are preferred but pls message me regarding kids, through the Airbnb app before booking. Open to discuss. Guest parking is on the gravel part of front yard, near front porch area. NO Parking in the driveway. Street parking also available. NO SMOKING in our outside of house. No events. Plenty of great local restaurants nearby: Sushi and Japanese: Aji Italian /Pizza: Buteras, The Pie at Salvatore's, The Pizzeria, Bar Lucy Latin: Verde Kitchen and Pecado Summer Seasonal/ Seafood: Fat Fish
