Our cottage sleeps up to 8 guests (infants/children must be included in the numbers) and promises a delightful retreat for families and friends seeking a peaceful getaway. The Dairy is one of our 2 holiday cottages on site with The Granary available to accommodate up to 6 guests. No The space All About The Dairy. The Dairy sleeps up to a maximum of 8 guests and must include any infants/children. Ground Floor Step into a fully fitted kitchen that caters to all your needs, featuring a family-sized fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The living room and dining area offer a cozy space equipped with a smart freeview TV and a DVD player. Patio doors lead out into the enclosed garden.The bathroom on this floor boasts a step-in shower enclosure and a towel rail for your convenience. Accommodate your loved ones in Bedroom 1, a charming twin room with freeview TV, and Bedroom 2, a comfortable double room also equipped with freeview TV. First Floor. Ascend to the first floor where relaxation awaits. Unwind in the bathroom, complete with a bath, shower hose over the bath, and a heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 offers a cozy double room with freeview TV, while Bedroom 4 with freeview TV, is suitable for children due to bunk beds and slightly lower ceiling. A travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking. Please note the mattress is the folded, one side padded , wipeable type supplied with the cot and not a thick foam one. We do not provide any type of sheets/blankets etc for this so please bring all your own. For added convenience, find a hairdryer, disposable BBQ (seasonal only), highchair, cleaning supplies, and a washing basket tucked away in the under stairs cupboard. Outdoor Bliss Step outside to an exterior designed for your enjoyment. Benefit from ramped access to the entrance door and indulge in the enclosed garden with a decking patio seating area.Your stay is made even more convenient with parking space available for up to 3 cars. We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, so up to 3 dogs are welcome, kept on leads outside of the garden at no extra charge. House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we maintain a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside the property, with smoking permitted on the patio area. Electric central heating keeps you warm, while complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected. We provide bed linen and towels, and kindly ask that you bring your own throws for beds if you are bringing a dog. As part of your terms and conditions , do not leave your dog/s unattended in the property for long periods during your stay. Max of 4-5 hours please. Community and Respect Our cottages are exclusively for family and friends. We do not accommodate stag/hen parties or events. Safety First For the safety of all, we enforce a 10mph speed limit on the farm drive, recognizing the presence of young children and horses on the farm.
