The space This is a fully furnished home. Its interior has been designed by a resort owner from Koh Lanta and includes quality finishings such as teak wood furniture, a large comfy living room sofa and a wooden custom built kitchen layout with all kitchen supplies for cooking. All bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area have air conditioning units and other areas can be cooled by a fan. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with hot water shower, as well as a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have shared bathroom access between them with a hot water shower, as well as clothing racks for storage and wall mounted desks/workspaces. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine but no dryer so clothes must be hung to dry. There is high speed internet and a Smart TV that can connect to your device. There's plenty of parking for vehicles at the front of the house and a bicycle available for cycling around the neighbourhood and to the beach. Around the back there's a lovely garden and grass area. Guest access Guests have access to all areas within their side of the duplex. You can enter the unit by either the front lane way where the parking is or the back where the garden and grass area are located. The back entrance can be accessed via a narrow dirt pathway suitable for motorbikes off the main highway 1001. Other things to note Please note this is a duplex home. There is another 1 bedroom unit listed and available for rent on Airbnb that can be rented together with this unit if you would like more space and privacy for your group. Please message me for the price of the entire duplex. Parking and the backyard garden and grass area are the only shared areas. There are homes nearby with chickens and pet dogs, which is typical in a Thai neighbourhood.
