The private elevator is an added bonus with private keyed access to your patio door, especially convenient for loading groceries or beach gear to and from the condo. The space Condo Features: Master Bedroom – King size bed with cable TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. Second Bedroom – Queen bed and Twin bed with new smart TV. Hallway Bathroom – Bathroom off the hallway between master bedroom and second bedroom with shower/tub combination. Kitchen - Enjoy stocked dishware and cookware for your time away! Upgraded cabinets and granite counter tops. Living Room – comfortable and cozy living room with plush sofas and cable TV featuring ocean views from your living room and sliding door access to balcony. Laundry - washer and dryer in hallway closet Additional Amenities: Beach towels and beach gear provided for your convenience Private keyed elevator to your balcony 1 owner's parking spot plus open parking (first available) Free private Wi-Fi Flat screen TV's with cable Private washer and dryer Fully equipped kitchen Location Features: Indian Rocks is a quaint beach town with a casual sleepy beach town feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy where you can grab seafood of any kind and a cocktail. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby. Know before you go: Check In: Is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out. Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap Parking: 1 assigned parking spaces are available for 1 vehicles. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Accessibility: Located on Floor 1 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use private elevator to access level 1 above parking garage. Please note you must first climb 2 flights of stairs in order to check in and access the private elevator.
