Sliding glass doors make it possible to fill all rooms with light and a glass ceiling in the bathroom brings natural light all day long. Surrounded by nature and jungle, your privacy is secured and you can fully enjoy this property. The villa offers 3 en-suite bathrooms, 3 amazing Bathtubs that offer an amazing view of the area and connect you with the balinese culture in a really special way . Our trained staff will be around in case their service is needed for cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance. Please let us know if there is an issue when you arrive on site for time requests, in order to respect your privacy. You will find all amenities, linen and towels available during your stay. Guest access The villa is located in the heart of Seminyak ROAD ACCESS CONDITION The villa is really close to sunset road the main artery for transportation in the area. You will be able to get to the entire island in a matter of minutes. Coming from the airport is a 20 min ride when there is no traffic Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. Because the property is located in an island flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site. Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings. Other things to note POOL AND KITCHEN USE DISCLOSURE On this particular link the pool and the kitchen will need to be reserved for usage to not disturb any other guests . If there are no more guests occupying the other 2 rooms you can use both amenities at your discretion Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 10:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 10:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast? - A : We can arrange a floating breakfast at an additional cost of IDR 430k/ tray. Breakfast tray can be shared between four guests . The order can be placed directly to to onsite staff, by the latest, the morning before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : No, This service only appllies at check out if you need extra cleaning we can help you but those will be charged extra . For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with our team should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 1 person maximum 2 people.
