Other things to note GUESTS: No more than the contracted number of people may be on the property during your stay and only 6 people maximum, including children, can be on the property at once. If you would like to have additional guests over, please let us know beforehand. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your reservation. EVENTS: Parties, events and large gatherings are prohibited without written permission from hosts. Any violations may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. If you would like to use the house for photo shoots, video shoots or creative projects, please send us a message with information about your project and we will do our best to assist you. Security deposits required and limited parking available. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Ash trays can be found outside on both tables. Butts thrown on the ground and any smoke lingering odor is subject to additional cleaning fees and cancellation of stay. SECURITY & PROPERTY GUIDELINES: For safety, do not tamper with Wi-Fi, security cameras, or smart locks. Any intentional interference may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. Our exterior security cameras monitor the property for safety—there are no cameras inside the home. as your privacy is our priority and will be respected. *Please note: if our cameras are disconnected during your stay due to weather conditions, we will stop by and reconnect them. PETS: We welcome dogs up to 30lbs for a pet fee of $100 per pet with a total maximum of 2 dogs. Sneaking in pets without approval may result in extra fees or cancellation of your reservation. Please keep an eye on them at all times, especially by the pool and in the backyard. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your pet during your stay. We provide dog bowls, wet wipes, pickup bags, a towel and a pet blanket to lay over any furniture. POOL HEATER: If you would like to use the pool heater, please let us know and we will do it for you as we manage it from our end. We charge $25 dollars per day or $150 for the week. We will send a payment request prior to use. LOST AND FOUND: If you leave anything behind, please let us know. We will communicate it with our cleaners and coordinate shipment of returns to you. Guests are responsible for the cost of shipment. RESPECT FOR PROPERTY: Please treat our home with care—any damage, lost items, or excessive messes may result in additional charges. OWNER ACCESS The guest agrees to grant us access to the property for necessary repairs, updates and inspections, if needed. We will ensure that any access is conducted in a reasonable manner and will communicate with the guest beforehand in such instances. By staying at this property, you agree that the host, Worthy Living Co., the property owners, and managers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or personal property damage that may occur during your stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and that of their group- including children, pets and visitors.
