Enjoy access to: The amphitheater, where you can relax with drinks, play games like cornhole, basketball, pickleball or simply soak in the atmosphere of musical greatness. A fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Some firewood is provided. Scenic trails, open spaces, and ponds ideal for reconnecting with nature. Shared access to the Ampitheatre. Access to the backyard. Other things to note Currently the house is heated and cooled with Mitsubishi split ductless units in all the rooms. In the winter we also have an electric fireplace in living room and/or pellet stove. The pellet stove gives a great ambiance and throws out a lot of heat! We can assist with pellet stove if needed. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee (our cleaners charge extra)
