The space The house is situated in Kardiani Bay (Paralia Giannaki) and the house is 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach with a trendy beach bar 'Dear John'. At the other side of the bay there is also a well known restaurant "Ntinos" with people coming from all over the island to taste its food. From the main city of Tinos, the property is 20 minutes drive and there there is everything you main need from supermarkets, health clinic, restaurants, clubs, travel agents etc. The property is made up of two fully independent and fully equipped houses which can be turned into one very big house by opening a connecting door. Each house has a separate entrance for privacy. The top house is made up of two big bedrooms with en-suite bathroom toilet each, a big sitting room and dinning room with a fully equipped kitchen and an additional toilet. It has a huge balcony with outside dinning table with chairs, hammock, lounge chairs and a fantastic view of the sea right in front. You enter from the street and have the two bedrooms on the ground floor and the rest of the house upstairs. The lower house is made up of three double bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet and bathroom and the other two sharing a bathroom and toilet. You enter this house from the side of the building into a very big sitting room, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen. This house has three balconies, one at the entrance, one next to the sitting room dinning room with a marble table which is a work of art that can sit 12 people and a balcony outside the three bedrooms. All balconies have a unimpeded view of the sea and from all bedrooms you can see the sea from the bed. There is a garden with two fig trees, olive tree and various flowers, a barbecue, an open sink ideal for cooking in the open air, a shower which ideal when you are coming out of the sea and yet another terrace with hammock and sitting area. One of my favorite things there is to cut a fig and eat it after a long swim and taste the sweetness. Through the garden gate you are directly above the sea and following some steps you arrive at a platform with immediate access to the clearest waters for swimming. You can talk from the balconies to someone swimming in the sea - it is really directly below. Guest access We rent the whole property together - although each of the two houses is fully equipped and independent. It is ideal for large family reunions or friends traveling together but still want to maintain their private space as well. Registration Details Exempt
