Prumirim - Solar das Canoas - Suite with hydro

Prumirim offers its visitors an exclusive beauty due to the various ecosystems that make up this beautiful paradise. The beach offers calm waters on the right, good waves in the center, and the unique beauty of a lagoon on the left. There is a beautiful waterfall nearby and also a magnificent viewpoint where visitors can enjoy an exclusive landscape on the north side of Ubatuba. That's why we decided to share it with others. The space The house is composed of suites on the upper floor (access by stairs), all with private bathroom, some with hydro, all with TV, minibar, ceiling fan, split air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. We also have a shared living room with a small pool table, and a small room with a fireplace. Outside we have a large grassy area, swimming pool, bathroom, wood-fired oven, barbecue with sink and cooktop stove with 4 burners and some kitchen utensils (glasses, dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.), a lounge with a ping pong table and also parking. Prumirim beach is very close, you can walk from the house, and there are small boats at a very low cost for trips to Prumirim Island. Guest access Our guests will have access (by stairs) to the bedroom and private bathroom with a whirlpool, parking and shared areas, which are the living room with a small pool table and a sitting room with a fireplace. Outside, there is a swimming pool, bathroom, wood-fired oven, barbecue with sink and cooktop stove with 4 burners and some kitchen utensils (glasses, dishes, pots, cutlery, etc.), a lounge with a ping pong table and also the parking lot. During your stay During the stay, we will be at the house for any help that is needed, as well as to serve breakfast. Other things to note We have pets, who are tame and will occasionally be in the common areas, and a watchdog with an exclusive kennel. Our outlets are 110v.
